Refund policy

At Willow & Oak, we take great pride in the quality and presentation of every piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Online Orders

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@willowandoak.ie. All online returns must be requested and processed through our online system. Kindly note that items purchased online must be returned via this process only.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending your item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Upon approval, you may choose from the following options:

• A refund to your original method of payment

• An exchange for an alternative item

• A store credit for future purchases

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in-store, items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet our return conditions.

Please note:

• Refunds are not offered on in-store purchases

• You may choose between an exchange or a store credit

• Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt

In-store purchases must be returned in-store and cannot be processed online.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter with care and efficiency.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Earrings

• Shapewear

Accessories such as bracelets and necklaces may be returned, provided they meet our standard return conditions.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without reason. Returned items must meet our standard return conditions as outlined above.

Refunds (Online Orders Only)

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, we kindly ask that you contact us at info@willowandoak.ie.
