SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any applicable customs or import duties are not included unless clearly specified and will be calculated at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.

All content on our website, including text, imagery, branding, and design, is the property of Willow & Oak Boutique Dungarvan and is protected under Irish and European intellectual property laws.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
